Cancun Dining Guide

Dining in Cancun is half the Yucatán adventure and varied enough to suit an international palette. Breakfast in Cancun can be an all-you-can eat breakfast buffet at one of Cancun Island's Hotel Zone hotels to a simple sweet roll and coffee for a traditional desayuno, or early Mexican breakfast. For dinner, or cena, hamburgers at Planet Hollywood bump elbows with elegant Italian and seafood restaurants, while Cancun's local Yucatán cuisine, a festive, Mariachi-serenaded dining ambiance and restaurants built over the Caribbean sea are just as easy to find. In general, Cancun Island restaurants, mostly open for dinner, are more expensive than downtown Cancun restaurants, but both offer an equally tempting array of International plates.
